All potential members must seek the coven and advancement within it willingly. As with all the degrees, you must personally ask to advance. An application will be filled out to be reviewed personally with the High Priestess, and a vote will then be taken to admit entrance. If accepted, a ceremony will be held in honor of their achievements. The degrees include:

SEEKER- A person that is looking to join the coven and/or study group. They may fill out an application to join and then personally review it with the High Priestess. A vote will then be taken, and if accepted to the coven, they become a Seeker of the coven. They are allowed to study and learn with the group, attend most meetings, and most functions.

DEDICANT- After 6 months of study and participation, a Seeker may apply to become a Dedicant. The application will be reviewed personally with the High Priestess, and a vote will be taken. This vote excludes other Seekers of the coven. If the Seeker is accepted, they become a Dedicant. A dedication ceremony will then be held, and during this ceremony the Dedicant promises to devote his energy to learn more about his studies. Dedicants will then be allowed to study and practice magick with the group, attend most workings, most meetings, and most functions.

NEOPHYTE- When a Dedicant has learned enough about magick, practice, and tradition to be completely sure he/she wants to progress to initiation. After a year and a day a Dedicant may apply to become a part of the coven. They will fill out an application, and then personally review it with the High Priestess. A vote will then be taken. This vote excludes all members not part of the coven. If the Neophyte is accepted, an initiation ceremony will be held in their honor. After the initiation ceremony is completed, they become a full-fledged member of the coven. Known as a first degree practitioner, they will be allowed full access to coven records and be able to attend all workings, meetings, and functions.

1st DEGREE INITIATE- A full-fledged member of the coven. These new members are now connected to the coven and brought into it. They are helped and guided by second degree initiates to adjust to the coven laws, bylaws, and practices. They are responsible for ritual setup and other such tasks

2nd DEGREE INITIATE- Marks the beginning of a deeper path within the Craft, and acknowledges the commitment, work, and effort that the 2nd degree candidate has made following their first degree initiation. They are allowed to lead group rituals, and are expected to help along 1st degree initiates.

3rd DEGREE INITIATE- Those of sufficient experience and knowledge who are capable of hiving off and starting their own coven. These people have been Initiates for a sufficiently long time and are considered Elders of the Coven.
